Anna Bielecka-Mateja (University of Gdansk)
Gombrowicz’s novels have often been analyzed in different philosophical contexts. New interpretative possibilities in this respect have been created by theatrical adaptations of Gombrowicz’s four novels, a tendency dating back to the 1980s. The article analyzes stage strategies employed by Waldemar Śmigasiewicz (Ferdydurke and Pornografi a), Mikołaj Grabowski (Trans-Atlantyk), and Paweł Miśkiewicz (Kosmos).
