Siatkowska-Callebat Kinga
(Paris-Sorbonne University, France), PhD. She specialises in Polish literature, especially that of the 20th and the 21st century in the Middle-European context. Her interests also include modernism in Polish literature: evolution of novels between the beginning of the 20th century and the interwar period, translation theory and practice, and the relation between cinematography, literature and history. She has been conducting comparative studies on Polish prose at the two ends of centuries: 19th/20th and 20th/21st (postdoctoral research). She examines the concepts of the literary work, its relationship to the romantic tradition, identity and memory.
