Kaczmarczyk Katarzyna
is a PhD Candidate at the University of Warsaw within the Department of Theory of Literature. Her research interests include narrative in gardens, transmedial narratology, neuroaesthetics, and neurosemiotics. Her articles appeared in journals such as Sign Systems Studies, Second Texts, and Tekstualia. She is the author of chapters in Embodied Aesthetics (Brill, 2014), and Handbuch Erzählen. Ein interdisziplinäres Handbuch (J.B. Metzler, 2016). She has held fellowships at University of Tartu and Dumbarton Oaks (Harvard University). Currently she is researching representations of the experience of the eighteenth- century landscape gardens within the framework of the intellectual history of the English Enlightenment.
