Gutorow Jacek
(Opole University), (born 1970), PhD hab., Prof. OU, poet, literary critic and translator. He has published seven books of poetry, six collections of literary criticism, and five translated books of poetry. He has also edited several books. His critical studies and poetry have been translated mainly into English and German. In 2012 his book of poetry entitled The Folding Star and Other Poems was published in the USA by BOA Editions. He is a member of the Editorial Boards of Polish literary magazines Odra and Nowa Okolica Poetów, and of the Polish PEN-Club. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of Explorations.
